To allow us to best look after your Scout / Explorer and to enable a smooth route through immigration we need the following completing no later than Friday 26th July.
1) Please ensure your details are up to date on OnlineScoutManager (OSM). If you cannot access OSM, let us know.
2) Please complete your travel permission form. and get it back to a leader.
3) Make sure you have applied for a FREE GHIC card (These enable free healthcare in Europe should we require and doctor or hospital treatment)
4) Finally make sure your Leaders have a photocopy of both your passport & GHIC card
