Medication: As previously mentioned in camp emails, please ensure your Scout / Explorer Scout has their medication and inform us of any issues the leaders should be aware of. Ensure all medication details are entered in OSM, including, dosage, and frequency. Upon arrival at the Sainsbury’s car park, all medication should be handed in its original packaging with prescription labels to a leader.
Allergies: If your Scout/Explorer has any allergies that have not been communicated through OSM or the permissions and health forms, please inform us as soon as possible so we can accommodate and plan accordingly.
Dietary Requirements: While we are aware of some dietary requirements (vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, etc.), please contact the unit leaders regarding any allergies or other dietary needs that we may not be aware of yet.
Wellbeing: If guardians have any concerns about their Scout’s / Explorer’s wellbeing, including mental health or other issues, please let us know before departure. thier safety, comfort, and enjoyment are our top priority, and we want to ensure we can provide the best support possible during the trip.
