Outward
The Explorers and Leaders will travel by coach from Tonbridge Sainsbury’s car park on Sunday 28th July 2024 at 3:00 am.
Due to our early departure, explorers will need to bring sufficient food and drink for both breakfast and lunch with them or money to purchase food at services or on the ferry.
Departure will be prompt, so please make sure you have your passport, personal kit, and chair ready, as we cannot wait for any forgotten items.
We will travel in units for convenience. Groups will be allocated to Unit leaders/ assistants with Martin and Natascha as ‘travel leaders’ overall. Travel to and from the Camp will be in uniform (shirt and scarves) with no exceptions.
We aim to be at the site in Germany by 4:30 (ish).
Return
We will leave Germany on the morning of Saturday 3rd August, and return to Tonbridge by approximately 9:00 pm. If this time is to change due to unforeseen circumstances, an update will be posted in the yellow notice area above.
